Many of us face challenging times when coping becomes difficult. These experiences can be distressing, affecting our health, happiness, and various aspects of our lives. While we often handle life's difficulties on our own or with the support of friends and family, there are moments when we might feel overwhelmed by persistent emotions or stuck in unchanging patterns of thought and behaviour. In such instances, seeking the professional support of a counsellor can be invaluable. A counsellor offers a non-judgmental space to help you make sense of your experiences. This journey enables you to make choices that can transform your life and allow you to realise your full potential.
I am, a dedicated counsellor and psychotherapist with a passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College, where I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
As a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), I adhere to the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines in my work.
My approach is client-centered, focusing on creating a safe and empathetic environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I believe in the power of therapy to transform lives, and I am committed to walking alongside you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
I have been trained to listen actively and attentively. Counselling involves discussing your challenges, helping you regain your sense of agency, enhancing your self-awareness, understanding your emotions, and finding ways to shift from overthinking to fully living. I offer empathetic, professional counselling tailored to each client's unique needs.
"Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more, so that we may fear less." Marie Curie
